The Association Bylaws Approval Process

• All LAAEYC members had the opportunity to review the Amended Bylaws during the month of April.

• LAAEYC members then had the opportunity to vote for their approval or disapproval of the Amended Bylaws through a virtual voting portal. The voting period stayed open for two weeks, at the beginning of May.

• All votes were then tallied, and the results were announced to the LAAEYC Membership via email, social media and on its website on the last day of May.
